How does the free first trip work?
New Kite customers who take their first trip between August 10 and September 15, 2026 get up to their first 60 minutes free. Enter code BIRCHNEW2026 in the Feedback section of the app before you end the trip — without it, the trip does not qualify. We charge the full fare, then refund up to the first 60 minutes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Standard rates apply after 60 minutes, and unused time does not carry over. What do I need to sign up?
You must be 23 or older with a valid driver’s licence. The Kite app walks you through account approval.
Do I need my own insurance?
No. Insurance is included with every trip.
Where do I pick up the car?
On P1 at Birch House. Follow the Kite signs to the hub.

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is valid exclusively for new Kite Mobility customers at Birch House from August 10, 2026, to September 15, 2026. To qualify, the Eligible Customer’s initial trip must be completed by 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 15, 2026, and the promotional code BIRCHNEW2026 must be entered in the Feedback section prior to the conclusion of the trip. The full standard fare or applicable promotional rate will be charged upon trip completion. A refund for the cost of up to the first sixty (60) minutes of the trip will be credited to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. This Offer is subject to a strict limit of one (1) per customer. Any unused promotional minutes possess no cash value and do not carry over.
